  • All the herbs in our products are sourced from farms in the United States or naturally grown in local gardens.

  • Orders can be shipped to residents in the United States.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. As soon as the label is created for your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • We do not accept returns and do not refund orders that have been shipped.

  • If an order has yet to be shipped and you would like to make an exchange equal to the value of the product your misordered or would like to cancel your order, please contact us. Please email us via chelsea@blacksouthapothecary.com with your name and order confirmation number and we will refund you within three business days unless it has been shipped. Shipped orders cannot be refunded or modified.

  • Please email us directly about your damaged or defective items by using the above form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
